POOL PARTIES

COST: $100 for 4 hours (includes set-up/breakdown, use of covered pavilion, and 20 non-member swimming guests). Guests who have their own membership or are not swimming are not included in the 20 additional guests. Your request is NOT confirmed until payment is received. Payment is cash/check/online and you will get a separate email with these payment options. After you payment is received, you will get a payment confirmation that you MUST bring to the pool with you the day of your party.

Must be a pool member to reserve. Parties must be scheduled and confirmed at least 1 week in advance. Parties are max duration of 4 hours and scheduled at 11am OR 4pm (parties booked on Sundays are 1pm ONLY ) . Tuesdays and Thursdays will be avail once swim team schedules are posted. You will need to bring the completed pool party forms to the pool front desk the day of your party along with your email confirmation.

Your pool party rental includes up to 20 non-pool members admission to the Wildewood Community Pool. This fee will also allow reservation of the covered pavilion next to the concession stand. Any additional guests who wish to swim must pay the regular guest fee ($5). I understand that I may bring food and/or drinks as long as there are no glass containers or alcohol. I understand that all party attendees must follow the Wildewood Community Pool Rules and Regulations. Additional guests (after the 20 included guests) are to be listed on a separate page. Pool Party fee: $100 (online payment, cash or check payable to WCA)- you will receive a separate email with payment options. Your pool party request is NOT confirmed until payment is received. Refunds will be given for inclement weather and/or unexpected pool closure. A refund may also be issued if cancellation is within 24 hours. Wildewood Community Association shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to personal property or any loss or damage arising out of or as a result from any death or personal injury sustained by any member, guests of a member, parent or guardian, in connection with admission to or use of the Wildewood Community Association Pool.
