Tenant Authorization Recreational Membership - Wildewood Community Association

In order for tenants/renters to utilize the WCA Recreational Facilities (pool*, lodge, tennis courts), the OWNER of the property must complete the form below and provide all the required documents. Once the owner has submitted the authorization form, the tenant will receive an email with further instructions on obtaining their WCA ID access card.

*Please note that Non-WCA neighborhoods only have access to the pool (not the lodge or tennis courts).

Automatic Neighborhoods/HOA’s- recreational fee is included in HOA dues, there is no additional charge.

Elective & Non-WCA HOA annual recreational fee: Elective $400, Non-WCA $640.

By signing and submitting the below form, you understand that as the owner, you are relinquishing all your membership rights to the tenants and you will not have access to the pool, lodge or tennis courts.

WCA Annual Automatic Memberships ($430 is paid through your HOA annual dues, there is no additional fee for a recreational membership)
WCA Annual Elective Memberships ($430 due annually by Jan 15. Form and payment must be submitted yearly)
NON-WCA Membership ($670 due annually for pool access only. Form and payment must be submitted yearly)

Agreement Terms and Conditions : The membership provided by this agreement entitles each member to all rights and privileges as set forth by the Wildewood Community Association (WCA) Recreational Facilities provided that the member complies with the rules and regulations, as established and amended from time to time by the WCA. The Recreational Facilities include the lodge, pool & tennis courts. Non-WCA members may access the pool only (lodge/tennis courts not included) with paid membership. Annual Recreational Facilities membership privileges are based on the calendar year. Ownership Requirements: Each member under this agreement must be an owner or renter of a property where the respective Home Owners Association is a member of the WCA. The rights and privileges of the membership provided by this agreement may be exercised only by the owner of the property at the address stated below together with immediate family members residing with the member or, in the case of the property being rented to tenants, the renting tenant and their immediate family living with them, as authorized by the owner. Term; Transfer: The membership provided in this agreement is provided during the calendar year for which the membership fee has been paid. A membership may be transferred by the member only in connection with the sale or rent of the member’s property. Rules and Regulations: A copy of the current rules and regulations can be found on this website or a copy can be provided. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in a loss of privileges to use the Recreational Facilities. WCA Pool Guest Policy: Each Membership will receive five (5) free guest tickets at the beginning of the summer which can be obtained at the Lodge Office M-F normal business hours. Lost passes will not be reissued. Guest tickets do NOT carry over to the next year and are only good for the year they are issued. Guests 2 years of age and younger will be admitted for free. Each membership is limited to six (6) guests per day unless approved by the pool manager on duty. Payment Default Provisions: If any check or draft for payments due under this agreement is not honored, this agreement shall be null and void. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks. The membership fee for the current year is $400 for ELECTIVE MEMBERS AND $640 for NON-WCA MEMBERS. With proof of new residency, membership fee will be prorated. There is no refund for unused membership. Automatic membership are included in their HOA fees. Liability: The WCA shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to personal property or any loss or damage arising out of or as a result from any death or personal injury sustained by any member or guests of a member in connection with admission to or use of the WCA Recreational Facilities. Fees are prorated only during first year of ownership/tenancy based on date of occupancy. A prorated refund for the unused portion of a membership will be provided upon request when an owner/tenant provides documentation of the sale/rent/end of rental period of the qualifying residence. A member must notify WCA in writing within ten (10) days of any change of name or address, or of a transfer of ownership of the property at the address stated below. This agreement entitles Automatic and Elective members to the Annual Recreational Facilities Member Lodge Rental Discount Benefit. The lodge rental discount benefit policy provides the member one (1) discounted six (6) hour rental of the Lodge Recreational Facility for use during the membership period. This discount rate for a given year is noted on the subject to the full rental fee and does not carry over to the following calendar year if not used. This offer is null and void if the terms in this agreement are not fully met by the member. The Recreational Facilities Membership fee must be paid in advance of the reservation of the Lodge.
