Membership Renewals

If you already have ID/access cards and need to renew your membership for this year, you will need to complete the agreement below. Elective HOA membership annual fee is $430. Non-WCA Membership fee is $670. Automatic HOA fee is included in HOA dues so there is no additional fee for this membership. Once you submit your renewal agreement, you will receive a separate email with payment options (Elective & Non-WCA members).

I. Membership. The membership provided by this agreement entitles each member to all rights and privileges as set forth by the Wildewood Community Association (WCA) Recreational Facilities provided that the member complies with the rules and regulations, as established and amended from time to time by the WCA. The Recreational Facilities include the lodge, pool & tennis courts with paid membership. Annual Recreational Facilities membership privileges are based on the calendar year. II. Ownership Requirements. Each member under this agreement must be an owner or renter of a property where the respective Home Owners Association is a member of the WCA. The rights and privileges of the membership provided by this agreement may be exercised only by the owner of the property at the address stated below together with immediate family members residing with the member or, in the case of the property being rented to tenants, the renting tenant and their immediate family living with them, as authorized by the owner on a separately submitted Tenant Authorization form. III. Term; Transfer. a. The membership provided in this agreement is provided during the calendar year for which the Recreational Facilities membership fee has been paid. b. A membership may be transferred by the member only in connection with the sale or rent of the member’s property. IV. Rules and Regulations. Rules and regulations for the safe and orderly operation of the WCA Recreational Facilities have been duly adopted and must be complied with by all members and their invited guests. Rules and Regulations can be found on our website under the "MEMBERSHIP" tab. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in a loss of privileges to use the Recreational Facilities. V. WCA Pool Guest Policy. a. Each Membership will receive five (5) free guest passes at the beginning of the summer. Guest passes will be in the form of tickets which can be obtained at the WCA Office (Lodge). Lost passes will not be reissued. The passes will only be issued during normal WCA office operating hours. Guest tickets do NOT carry over to the next year and are only good for the year they are issued. b. Guests 2 years of age and younger will be admitted for free. c. Each membership is limited to six (6) guests per day unless approved by the pool manager on duty. All guests must be accompanied by the WCA member. VI. Payment Default Provisions. If any check or draft for payments due under this agreement is not honored, this agreement shall be null and void. There will be a $35.00 fee for returned checks. With proof of new residency, membership fee will be prorated. There is no refund for unused membership. VII. Liability. The WCA shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to personal property or any loss or damage arising out of or as a result from any death or personal injury sustained by any member or guests of a member in connection with admission to or use of the WCA Recreational Facilities. This agreement entitles Wildewood residents who have paid the Annual Recreational Facilities Membership a Lodge Rental Discount Benefit. The lodge rental discount benefit policy provides the member discounted rates as listed on the Lodge Rental agreement. Discounted rates for a given year do not carry over to the following calendar year if not used. This offer is null and void if the terms in this agreement are not fully met by the member. The Recreational Facilities Membership fee must be paid in advance of the reservation of the Lodge. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between WCA and the member(s).
